TESTIMONIALS

I have been privileged to work alongside Aireale on several projects. Together we have planned and implemented events for our students involving social justice issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Aireale did an outstanding job of organizing and moderating two panel discussions for us: “Being My Siblings’ Keeper: A Dialogue on Race, Policing, and the Christian Call to Action” and “A Dialogue on Equity, Justice, and Catholicism.” Aireale has a gift for communicating the conditions of inequality and injustice that everyone can relate to in some manner. She has the unique ability to create a safe space where people feel respected and heard. She challenges people to find the words that support constructive dialogue. As a moderator, she has an amazing way of summarizing discussions while challenging participants to set goals for turning their plans into action.

Campus Minister at Sheil Catholic Center, Northwestern University

Aireale is a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable on issues of equity and justice. Participants thoroughly enjoyed her training workshop and she has helped us think more strategically about how we can continue to grow our capacity on campus for inclusion related efforts.
JT Turner (they/them)

Assistant Director of Multicultural Student Affairs, Northwestern University

I had the pleasure of working with Aireale as a co-facilitator for LGBTQ Ally Trainings for staff and faculty at Northwestern University. Aireale is a dynamic and natural presenter; she is able to clearly communicate complex ideas and to challenge people to more deeply examine their biases and assumptions from a support and non-judgmental space. Aireale brings equal parts passion and skill to her work, making her easy and exciting to work with- I often felt that I was learning from her as we collaborated on a project.
